Data capture lasts four weeks, and the final report will be ready 2 weeks later.  From start to final result takes approx. 6 weeks.

We send you a JavaScript, which you implement on the site's source code. Once the script has been implemented, Userneeds can start the survey. The actual implementation only takes a few minutes.

Can I change the questions?
The questions concerning the site's user-friendliness and design are standardised to ensure that we can compare the result with other sites. The demographic questions are adapted as required.

Webstatus competitions: Terms and conditions

- The competition is open to all those who submit their email address, providing there are no restrictions stated in the survey prior to entry.

- Unless stated otherwise, the winner, or winners, will be drawn by Userneeds at random from all email addresses received by the time of the survey shutting down.

- Prizes are subject to availability and may follow either these conditions or those provided by the prize supplier. In the event of a prize being unavailable, Userneeds reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

- The winners will be contacted either by Userneeds or the organisation on whose website the survey appeared, through the email address supplied at time of entry.

- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize supplier reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random in the same way.
