Necessary cookies
These cookies are necessary in order for the website to execute a service which the user has requested. It can for instance be cookies which are used to get a shopping basket to function. The content of the website is stored and administrated through Umbraco 4 CMS platform. The CMS places cookies that recognize you when you navigate around the website. 

Operational and optimizing cookies

These types of cookies are used with regards to the operational aspect of the website. This can for instance be the count of visitors or other information which can be used for analysis. These cookies can to a limited extent collect data which can lead to the individual user.

Userneeds uses Google Analytics to analyze how the users use the website. The information which the cookie collects about your use (traffic data including your IP address) is saved on Google's servers in the US. You can disconnect cookies from Google Analytics here.

Furthermore, Userneeds' survey software uses a cookie to check if the survey has been shown in the computer's web browser earlier on. 

This is how you reject or delete your cookies

Rejection of cookies
You can always reject cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your browser. Where you find these settings depends on your choice of browser. If you choose to reject cookies you need to be aware that you will lose a lot of functions and services, which only work when the website is able to remember the choices you have made.  

Deletion of cookies
Cookies you have accepted earlier on can easily be deleted. If you use a computer with a new browser you can delete your cookies by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + Delete. If the hotkey does not work or if you use a MAC you need to start by finding out what browser you are using and hereafter click on the relevant link.
