The vast majority have planned their summer, have you?

We have asked our panel members whether or not they have planned their summer and more than half of our members in each country (except for Finland with 49 percent) say yes!

Summer is getting closer and for quite many this equals holiday as well. We therefore wondered if our panel members already have made plans or if they are more spontaneous and do not plan anything until the last minute. It turns out that more than half in each country, except for Finland, already have plans for the summer. More precisely this goes for 51 percent of our Irish members, 57 percent of our Norwegian and Danish members and 59 percent of our Swedish members. 

Some people haven't planned their summer yet, however, they do know that they wish to travel. This for instance is seen in that 25 percent in Norway and Finland have chosen the option "No, but I want to travel". The third most chosen option amongst our panel members is "No, it is too early to make plans". A few more Danes and Swedes (15 percent) have chosen this option compared to the other countries.

Finally, it seems like the Irish prefer not to have any plans for the summer. 11 percent thus state that they have no plans for the summer, which is more than twice as many as in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
