2017’s Oscar winning movies are not popular among Userneeds’ panel members
In February 2017, you probably heard of the 89th Academy Awards – and perhaps you even saw the show which featured a number of memorable moments. However, the majority of Userneeds’ panel members have not seen any of the nominated movies.

We have asked our panel members which of the following Oscar movies they like the best:
Hacksaw Ridge
La La Land
Lion
Manchester by the Sea
Moonlight
Fences
Of the movies above La la Land is the most popular one and it is also the movie that won the most Oscars - including best picture - at least for a couple of minutes until the error was corrected and the true winner, Moonlight, was announced.
The majority of Userneeds' panel members, however, have not seen any of the movies. Between 75 and 78 percent of our Swedish, Danish and Norwegian panel members have thus answered "I haven't seen any of them" and the same goes for 68 percent of the Finns and 59 percent of the Irish panel members.
The second most popular movie is "Hackshaw Ridge", which is almost just as popular as La la Land among our Irish panel members. 11 percent thus chose "Hackshaw Ridge" and 12 percent chose La la Land.
Less than five people in each country have chosen "Fences" but this might be due to the fact that it hasn't premiered in all the countries yet.
