How have I become part of a panel?
Userneeds recruits new panel members in connection with user
surveys, which are conducted on different Irish websites.
If you take part in a survey on the user-friendliness of a website,
where we conduct a survey, and you provide your e-mail address at
the end of the survey, you will automatically become part of
the Irish panel. The image you will be shown as part of this
will look something like this:

If you still prefer not to be part of the Irish panel, you
can easily withdraw from it. When via e-mail you receive an
invitation to a survey, you will find a withdrawal link at the
bottom of the invitation.
How do I know that my answers have been sent
correctly?
As soon as you answer a question, it is registered. Userneeds can
however only use results from the surveys that have been completed.
You know that a survey is complete when at the end of the survey
you get a message with the title "Thanks for your answers". When
this message appears, you can be certain that your answers have
been sent correctly.
Who can join a Userneeds panel?
All people over the age of 15 who live in Ireland can become
members of the Userneeds panel. If you live in Denmark, Norway,
Sweden or Finland, you can become a member of the panels in those
countries.
What does it mean to be a member of a
panel?
When you join a Userneeds panel, you accept that you voluntarily
want to take part in our questionnaire surveys. The invitation
e-mails we send to your e-mail address contain a link to the survey
you are invited to take part in. You decide yourself if you want to
take part in all the surveys we send you, or if you only wish to
take part in some of them. As a member of the panel you are not
obliged to answer a specific number of surveys.
Do I need a username and password to take part in the
survey?
No, you should not use any login information to take part
in our surveys. As a member of the panel you receive an invitation
e-mail with a personal link to the survey. By clicking on the link
you get to the survey's first page.
Question not answered?
If you did not get the answers you were looking for, please write
to us on info@userneeds.ie.
Please send the relevant invitation e-mail if you have a problem
with a survey. A screenshot or similar can often help us find the
cause of the problem so that we can help you quickly.
