Problems with the e-mail invitation
I can see neither images nor the link in the
invitation
If you cannot see the image and/or the link to the survey in the
actual invitation e-mail, it is probably because your e-mail
programme has blocked the images. Try right-clicking the small red
cross and then click on "retrieve images", or try clicking on the
message at the top of the e-mail, where it is written that certain
information has been blocked.
Why have I not received any survey
invitations?
If you use a hotmail.com account, then e-mails from Userneeds
can end up in your junk or spam mail. It is therefore important to
add Userneeds to the list of senders you trust. Otherwise you risk
the questionnaire invitations we send you ending up in your junk or
spam file and you will not be able to see if you have won one of
our prizes.
